Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return:

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Remorse returns (e.g., change of mind):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee may apply for certain large or special items.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
