Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within our shipping area. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment network. Shipping locations may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery Timeline

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, New York)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
